Where is the toner?
The toner for each device is stored in the location determined by the Canon Rep at the campus.
This is usually with the Bookkeeper (secondary) or Office Manager (elementary).
How can I order more supplies?
Ink is auto-shipped on fast copiers at 40% capacity and slower copiers at 30%.
All other supplies can be ordered by Canon rep at mycsa.canon.com.
Who is responsible for installing the toner or supplies?
Anyone can install new toner.
Who can print to the Canon Copiers?
All staff can print to any Canon copier in black and white.
Color copiers are allowed by job code for:
Principals
Assistant Principals (APs)
Office Managers
Lead Elementary Campus Assistant
Receptionist
High School Bookkeepers
Custom SPED staff
